This course is designed for maintenance technicians, mechanics, and other personnel responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment that utilizes bearings and mechanical power transmission systems. The course combines classroom instruction with practical hands-on exercises focused on precision measurement, equipment inspection, power transmission system maintenance, advanced powertrain alignment practices, and common failure modes.

Bearings & Power Transmission

A = Alignment C = Condition of the equipment T = Tension This course has been developed for technicians who are called upon to maintain mechanical power transmission drives. The class emphasis is on understanding how installation, alignment, and tension affect the life of various components.

ACT Mechanical Power Transmission

This course provides an intense level of troubleshooting by analyzing prints and studying failure modes of electrical equipment. Detailed information on OSHA regulations and general electrical safety is an integral part of the class.

Electrical Equipment Troubleshooting

Electrical shocks and burns account for more than 1,000 fatal injuries each year. This course is intended to help keep employees safe while working around energized equipment. Additionally, it also enables businesses to meet their liability, documentation, and compliance requirements as defined by OSHA.

Electrical Safety / NFPA 70E Arc Flash

This course was developed for maintenance people who want a thorough understanding and working knowledge of hydraulic systems. After completing the course, participants are equipped with the skills to isolate and correct problems that occur on hydraulic machinery.

Hydraulics - 3 Day

This two-day course educates students on the various components of a worksite fall protection program and will also help develop the skills required of a Competent Person. Participants will learn course content through a combination of direct classroom instruction and multiple workshops.

Course participants are those who may be involved with a managed fall protection program including the employer, supervisor, safety personnel, workers, and rescuers. The course material will provide students with an engaging and enjoyable learning environment.

Fall Protection - Competent Person

A training program designed for individuals who want a comprehensive study of industrial hydraulics. Each topic starts with the basics and the subject matter is thoroughly covered. After completing the course, participants are equipped with the skills to isolate and correct problems that occur on hydraulic machinery.

Hydraulics - 4 Day

This course was developed for maintenance people who want a basic understanding and working knowledge of mobile hydraulic systems. After completing the course, participants are equipped with the skills to isolate and correct problems that occur on hydraulic machinery.

Hydraulics - Mobile

This course has been developed for technicians who are called upon to maintain machine lubrication and lube systems. It will deliver a well-rounded understanding of lubrication, types of lubrication, and how applying best practices helps prevent premature component failure.

Industrial Lubrication Fundamentals

You will learn by doing to overcome the fear of shutting down a PLC system by spending approximately 60% of the time troubleshooting.  We use extensive Hands-On exercises programming the PLC with Connected Components Workbench (CCW) and RSLinx.

Logic Concepts, Industrial Control & PLCs

This course is intended for maintenance technicians, mechanics and others to strengthen basic math concepts, with specific application to the industrial environment.

Math for Industrial Maintenance

This course is designed for maintenance technicians, mechanics and others who are responsible for selecting, installing, system troubleshooting and repairing pumps. It addresses the differences between positive displacement and centrifugal pumps. It covers identification, operating characteristics, performance and applications. Lab time, involving teardown, parts identification and assembly, makes up 1/3 of class time.

Process Pumps (Fluid Transfer Pumps)

This course is for individuals who want a better understanding of pneumatic components and systems. After attending, the participants will have the knowledge to identify problems with pneumatic equipment as they occur and be able to apply corrective solutions.

Pneumatic Systems Technology

This course is designed for maintenance persons and others who want to optimize their maintenance planning programs to increase cost-effectiveness, operating reliability and machine uptime.

Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) (Virtual)

What are blueprints? Why are they used? Learn these and how blueprints are drawn including standards, lines, symbols, title blocks, engineering scales, tolerances and more.
